WHY THIS ARCHITECT?

While some architect's have become "out of touch" with middle class America, we have remained both affordable and still in touch with our clients needs and the competitive real estate market.  We are not designing to enrich our portfolio as many architects do.  They often design thinking only of what a trophy your building will be for their own egos rather than what your needs really are. This is one reason why so few architects will work for anyone but the richest clients while we enjoy the challenge of designing homes that most people can afford.  Most architects cannot afford to work for middle class America because their overhead and expenses are too high but we keep our overhead down so that we can do your project.  We are designing for you and what you are concerned about.  We'll tell you how your ideas might affect the resale of your home and we'll give you realistic ideas about what it will cost and how that fits your budget.  Our set fees are based on a defined description of work while others fees increase as they grow the cost of your project.  (So much per square foot or percent of construction cost)  Our reward is fair compensation for our work while giving you the best space and character that you have defined at the budget you can afford.
